Oha, sehe jetzt gerade erst den Test der NVidia Titan V aus der C't von vor einem Monat: 3.000,- für eine Karte, die im besten Falle 30% schneller ist als die 1080Ti ? Na, dann stellt sich die Frage ja gar nicht mehr. Außerdem kommt die 8K ja vermutlich erst Ende des Jahres wirklich auf unsere Schreibtische, dann ist die 1180Ti ja wohl auch nicht mehr fern...
… die 1180 TI wohl erst 2019? Die 1080 wird sich für TI Besitzer kaum lohnen. Bin auf den Leistungszuwachs gespannt.
Das ist wohl so. Ich habe ja noch die 980Ti, würde aber auch auf die 1180Ti warten wollen, die 1180 wird gut sein aber eben nicht sinnvoll, wenn ein paar Monate später die Ti Variante erscheint.
Du meinst -schon wieder- die 1180... Am Ende kommt es sicher ein wenig auf‘s Timing an: wenn die 980Ti so richtig in die Kniee geht bei der 8K, und die 1180Ti noch weit weg ist, wer weiß. Aber ich habe ja im Hinterkopf noch die 8K(X) die ich mitbestellt habe, die würde natürlich jedes bißchen Extra-Power brauchen können. Und ich möchte keine GraKa nur für 6 Monate kaufen - selbst wenn ich nur 200,- dabei verliere. Ist so ein halbes Prinzipding...
Jepp, meine ich. 6 Monate ist auch Wahnsinn. Man verliert mehr - jetzt gabs mal zweitweise eine blöde Ausnahme, was den Preis angeht.
Neues Update von Pimax: Sie sind jetzt soweit mit den internen Test der M1 zufrieden, und wollen die 10 Einheiten an die Beta Tester noch diesen Monat rausschicken. Wenn die alles abnicken und nichts zu verbessern ist, meint Pimax, die ersten Backer noch im Juni beglücken zu können. There are quite a lot to share today: M1 closed beta We will ship M1 to the closed beta testers this month. There will be around 10 Pimax 8K testing units in total. Kickstarter shipping After super intensive development and testing, now we are very confident about M1. The plan is to start the shipments in June if testers give the green light. As always, we will take the suggestions from the community into consideration to finalize Pimax 8K. 5K shipping time We will ship 5K and 8K in the same time frame. Brainwarp Brainwarp is proven feasible in the lab. We will test it in the new hardware structure and will adopt Brainwarp in the final version. Refresh rate 8K is stable at 80Hz. Na dann bin ich mal auf eure Testberichte eventuell im Juni gespanntIch bekomme ja leider erst Oktober/November meine Pimax.Hat aber auch einen Vorteil.Wenn sie gut bei euch ankommt habe ich noch ein Zeitfenster meine OR zu verkaufen .Wenn die Pm nicht so der Brüller ist , versuch ich das Komplettpaket ungeöffnet zu verhöckern. Ich bin mal auch auf die versprochnen Videos von OR-Games gespannt.
Also ich kriege im Juni nix. Bin Nr. 32xx. Bei Lieferbeginn Ende Juni mit anfangs 100-200 pro Woche, dann 500 bin ich bestenfalls im August dran. Aber egal, jetzt kommt erstmal die WM, und dann ist‘s eh zu warm unter der Haube. September wäre dann aber schon schön, sie zu bekommen...
